She is most knows poupulary roles in firts telemovie drama dubbed in Cinta Itu Buta only she is was acted has a school girl. She is known for her role as Qalesya in the hit drama Qalesya and as Amirah in Disney's Waktu Rehat. She gained popularity playing the main character in the drama series Qalesya which aired throughout Ramadan month on Astro Prima in 2009 and 2010. Elfira's siblings, Ahmad Ezzrin Loy and Nurul Ezzlisa Loy are also actors, who both have roles on Oh My English!.
